We understand that sometimes, due to personal extenuating circumstances, clients have to rearrange appointments. If you cannot attend your booked appointment please notify Help Through Hypnotherapy at least 24 hours before your appointment, by email or by phone. We will then be happy to accommodate your circumstances with no extra charge incurred. Cancellations made without 24-hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge. Help Through Hypnotherapy reserves the right to charge 50% for non-attendance. No refund will be issued to clients who leave any programme/package of their own choice before treatment is completed.
