Confidence and self-esteem
Eye contact, a strong handshake and speaking clearly are all signs of confidence and good well-balanced self-esteem.
Sometimes we experience a knock to our confidence, such as a relationship breakdown, missing out on an interview, becoming overweight or having a disability.
You could be over-confident, seen as loud and “over the top” and that can also impact on relationships and opportunities.
Adjustments can be made to balance confidence levels either way.
Hypnotherapy helps by boosting self-esteem where needed, removing any limiting beliefs and also by toning down over-assertiveness, if that’s the issue.
These sessions are booked individually, preferably week by week, but can be spaced out or more frequent if required.
