Some people are afraid of flying; others cannot share the room with a spider, while some will do anything to avoid a clown, insects, needles or driving.
Allowing a fear or phobia to control your life can be extremely restricting. These are learned behaviours triggered consciously or unconsciously by something in your life.
You were not born with them so they can be removed. Using hypnotherapy to let go of these behaviours can give you back the freedom to enjoy new and varied experiences.
These sessions are booked individually, preferably week by week, but can be spaced out or more frequent if required.
