Insomnia & Sleep Patterns
Insomnia and sleep patterns
Good sleep patterns are essential to our physical and mental health.
Some people require the standard 8 hours a night and others can manage on 5 or 6 hours. If you suffer from insomnia or have a broken sleep pattern, this can affect many areas of your life. Days and nights can blur into one waking nightmare. Your work and personal life may suffer.
Many things can affect your sleep pattern; diet, work, drugs, stress and anxiety, weight and personal problems.
Addressing these factors using hypnotherapy can restore control over your sleep pattern and help you to feel fully refreshed once more.
These sessions are booked individually, preferably week by week, but can be spaced out or more frequent if required.
