Stress and anxiety management

We’ve all experienced stress and/or anxiety at some point. A little of this is natural but when it continues over a long period, it can have a negative impact on our lives.

Racing thoughts, heart thumping, worrying about what could happen in the future or what has happened in the past, are all signs of stress and anxiety.

These issues can be managed and relieved with hypnotherapy.  

Sessions are booked individually, preferably week by week, but can be spaced out or more frequent if required.
