Weight control and eating habits
At birth we know exactly when we are hungry and when we have had enough. We’re able to recognise feeling full.
Over time we sometimes unlearn this and no longer feel full. We also pick up new, and often unhelpful, habits of eating the wrong foods, not eating enough, drinking too many fizzy drinks or alcohol and losing our once-healthy mind-set.
Hypnotherapy can help by re-setting that mind-set, changing your eating habits and allowing you to be the shape and size that’s right for you.
This is a usually a course of four consecutive sessions, but further support can be arranged following completion if required.
